In 2020 Darien won the commission to sculpt the Mother Mary statue for the entry plaza of the new Holy Angels Mausoleum at Fawkner Memorial Park in Melbourne.
Working with Harmer Architecture and builders Harris HMC, the bronze, cast at Meridian Sculpture was installed in October 2021.
